1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and gameplay of Grass Cutting (Package Name: com.grasscutting.cutmylawn.lawn.mowlawn.lawn.mow.grassland), developed and published by TrustInn.
By downloading or using the Game, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms, do not install, access, or play the Game.
2 Limited License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TrustInn grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to install and play the Game solely on your personal Android device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Google Play Games Services
Use of Google Play Games features (Leaderboards, Achievements, Profile sync) is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
Advertisements & Ad Networks
The Game is ad-supported through certified mobile advertising networks and mediation platforms, including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and other industry-standard advertising partners. By playing, you acknowledge that third-party advertisements (such as banners, interstitials, and optional rewarded videos) will be displayed. These networks may process anonymous device identifiers and interaction data in full accordance with applicable privacy laws and platform developer guidelines. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or websites advertised.
5 Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to Grass Cutting—including but not limited to 3D models, textures, animations, audio, code, visual design, characters, cutter assets, trademarks, and logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of TrustInn or its respective licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
6 Disclaimer of Warranties
Grass Cutting is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustInn disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustInn, its officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, loss of device functionality, loss of virtual items, or personal injury—arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
8 Updates & Termination

Updates: We may release patches, balance adjustments, new levels, or updates that you may need to install to continue playing the Game.

Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Game from your device.
9 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
