Grass Cutting: Mow Grassland
Publisher: TrustInn • Effective Date: November 2026
Our Privacy Commitment
TrustInn values and protects your privacy. Grass Cutting: Mow Grassland is built to be entertaining, satisfying, and privacy-conscious. We do not sell your personal data. This policy details how our certified advertising partners (including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and mediation networks) and diagnostic tools collect and process minimal technical data to keep the game free to play.
1 Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile simulation game Grass Cutting: Mow Grassland (Package Name: com.grasscutting.cutmylawn.lawn.mowlawn.lawn.mow.grassland), developed and published by TrustInn ("we", "us", or "our").
This policy is formulated to strictly comply with worldwide privacy laws and platform developer guidelines, including the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Google Families Policy, EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
2 Information We and Our Partners Collect
We do not collect names, residential addresses, contact books, microphone recordings, or sensitive personal data. The Game and its integrated SDKs collect only standard technical and pseudonymous gameplay information:
Google Advertising ID (GAID) / Android Advertising ID, used by Google AdMob and certified ad networks for non-fraudulent ad frequency capping, attribution, and ad personalization where consent has been granted.
Device model, manufacturer, operating system version (Android), carrier, language, screen resolution, connection type (WiFi/Cellular), and coarse IP-derived approximate location (country/city level, never exact GPS coordinates).
Lawn stages completed, cutters and mowers unlocked, virtual coins collected, high scores, and audio/haptics toggle preferences, stored locally on your device storage.
Crash logs, ANR (Application Not Responding) stack traces, memory usage metrics, and Google Play Console telemetry to diagnose and resolve technical bugs.
3 AdMob, Ad Networks & Third-Party SDK Disclosures
To keep Grass Cutting free to download and play for everyone, our Game displays advertisements powered by industry-standard, certified mobile advertising networks and mediation suites. These partners may process pseudonymous data under their respective privacy policies:
Provides banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads, mediation, ad attribution, fraud prevention, and performance analytics. Google uses the Google Advertising ID according to Google's Privacy Policy.
Serves rewarded video ads and interstitial ads tailored to mobile gameplay experiences.
Depending on auction availability, mediation platforms (e.g., Google AdMob Mediation, ironSource/LevelPlay, AppLovin, Mintegral, Liftoff/Vungle, or Pangle) may receive bid requests containing device parameters to serve contextual or personalized advertisements in compliance with platform rules.
Used strictly for technical error debugging, crash frequency tracking, and gameplay stability analysis.
4 Regional Privacy Rights (GDPR, UK, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD)
European Economic Area (EEA) & UK Users (GDPR)
Under the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act, we process personal data either with your consent or for legitimate business interests (such as app performance and security). For EEA and UK users, our game integrates a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) utilizing the User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK supporting IAB Europe's Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2). You can change or revoke your advertising consent preferences at any time in the in-game settings.
California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
The California Consumer Privacy Act guarantees residents rights to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal data for money. You may opt out of cross-context ad personalization through your Android system settings as detailed below.
5 Universal User Controls & Opt-Out Instructions
You have total control over advertising identifiers on your Android smartphone or tablet at the operating system level:
To reset or delete your Advertising Identifier:
- Open your Android device's Settings app.
- Navigate to Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads on newer Android versions).
- Tap "Reset advertising ID" or select "Delete advertising ID".
- Toggle "Opt out of Ads Personalization" if present on your device version.
Note: Opting out does not reduce the number of ads shown; it simply ensures ads are non-personalized and contextual rather than interest-based.
6 Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Families Policy)
Grass Cutting: Mow Grassland is designed as a casual simulation game for a general audience. We do not knowingly target, solicit, or collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
In accordance with Google Play's Families Policy and COPPA, when an ad request is made for any user identified as a child or where age-appropriate flags are set, our integration directs ad SDKs (including AdMob and Unity Ads) to treat ad requests as child-directed (e.g. via tagForChildDirectedTreatment and tagForUnderAgeOfConsent), disabling behavioral tracking and serving contextual, brand-safe advertisements only.
7 Data Retention & Security
We implement industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect information processed by the application. Gameplay data is retained locally on your hardware. Third-party ad networks retain pseudonymous logs only as long as necessary to fulfill billing, fraud prevention, and reporting obligations under applicable statutory limitation periods.
You can instantly erase your local game progress, unlocked mowers, and cache at any time by going to Android Settings → Apps → Grass Cutting → Storage → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the application.
8 Policy Modifications
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to accommodate new ad network partners, feature additions, or regulatory updates. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued gameplay following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
